It was a tough day at the office for Llanybydder as an in-form home side produced an excellent first half performance to lead 34 – 0 at half-time. The Laugharne backs looked sharp, and played with a high tempo as centre Tom Jameson with 2 fine tries. There was also a brace for flanker Lee Thomas as well as prolific No 8 Mike Williams. Ex Llanybydder player Steffan Davies playing at fly-half also crossed, whilst adding 2 conversions. The away side improved in the second period, keeping possession for longer, and were eventually rewarded with tries for No 8 and skipper Ricky Davies, and scrum half Llyr James, with one conversion for fly-half Steff Richards. A further try for Dorian Harries sealed a comfortable home win for Laugharne.
